Today, the city is emerging as a new hub for biotechnology, combining industrial strength with innovation. At the same time, Almetyevsk remains a culturally vibrant and modern city, with an active urban environment and a rich creative scene.

BIOSYNC Forum takes place on the campus of the Higher School of Petroleum — a modern educational hub in Almetyevsk.

The key organizer is ALMET TECH, the Center for Interdisciplinary Engineering, headquartered at this location.
